Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Tyson Foods is seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This position is part-time and provides the opportunity to work from home. We are looking for an energetic and confident individual with at least 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner 2. Assist in the development of client retention strategies 3. Coordinate meetings and communication with clients 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services 7. Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills 4. Creativity in problem-solving and client engagement 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Energetic and confident personality traits
