Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Client Relations Associate to join our team at CMS Energy in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Client Relations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. 4. Manage client accounts and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. 5. Track client interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 6. Assist in organizing client events and meetings to strengthen relationships and promote new business opportunities. 7. Prepare reports and presentations on client activity and satisfaction metrics for management review. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
