Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Valero Energy is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and motivated, with strong soft skills in strategic planning and persuasion.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively - Develop and implement client communication strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Represent Valero Energy at client meetings, events, and conferences

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
