Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and driven Client Relations Associate to join our team at Lincoln National in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The Client Relations Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with clients - Work closely with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Create and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement client retention strategies - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to better serve clients and provide relevant information

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
