Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Teck Resources Limited is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations and possess a resilient and reliable personality. In addition, strong time management and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support - Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address any inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide timely solutions - Assist in developing client retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and repeat business - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
