Remote Client Relations Associate

American Financial Group is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is resilient, confident, and possesses strong project management and leadership skills.

As a Remote Client Relations Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and providing exceptional customer service. - Managing client accounts, including processing orders, resolving issues, and addressing inquiries in a timely manner. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. - Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients. - Providing support to the sales team in acquiring new clients and generating leads. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset. In addition, candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
