Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team at Costco in Toronto, Ontario. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role requires a high level of adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns - Provide support to the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Assist in the development of client communication materials and reports - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to better serve our clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to negotiate and influence others - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional client service - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
