Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Client Relations Associate to join our team at Berkshire Hathaway in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a related field. The Client Relations Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Develop and implement client retention strategies - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed - Keep updated on industry trends and best practices in client relations - Meet and exceed client satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Reliable and able to work independently - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
