Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Mondelez International is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a leading global snack food company, we are dedicated to creating delicious moments of joy for our customers while also promoting environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining and building strong relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service - Provide support to clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions or assistance as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and hardworking with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and suggest new ideas - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be willing to travel occasionally for client meetings
