Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

W.W. Grainger is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations and possess independence, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure a seamless experience - Generate new leads and opportunities for business growth - Develop creative strategies to engage clients and drive retention - Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts and data management

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Energetic personality with a strong sense of independence - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve independently - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must be able to work autonomously in a remote setting
