Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or feedback in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded - Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and work towards expanding our client base - Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction and trends - Attend client meetings and industry events to promote our products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs to proactively address potential issues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of at least 6 years in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - Resourceful and hardworking attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
