Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Windstream Holdings, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and efficient responses - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis - Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our products and services - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Requirements: - Driven individual with a proven track record in client relations - Adaptable to changing environments and able to thrive in a fast-paced industry - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients - Strong decision-making skills to handle complex client situations with ease - Visa sponsorship available for international candidates - Must have own company equipment to work remotely - Equal opportunities for all applicants, regardless of race, gender, or background
