Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team at Kellogg in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships remotely.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive outreach - Understand client needs and provide effective solutions to meet their goals - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliverables are met - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients - Track and report on client engagement and satisfaction - Provide feedback to internal teams on ways to improve client relationships and processes - Travel occasionally to meet with clients in person, as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in client relations or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience with remote client management is a plus
