Job Description - Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


As a Client Relations Manager at PepsiCo in Montreal, Quebec, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to any issues that may arise. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Understand clients' needs and provide personalized solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Track and report on key metrics related to client relationships - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition


Requirements: - Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and cooperatively with team members - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
