Job Description - Client Relations Manager


Job Description:


As a Client Relations Manager at Cincinnati Financial in Montreal, Quebec, CA, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and working to exceed their expectations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. 2. Understand the needs and goals of each client and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. 3. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and support on insurance products and services. 4. Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to clients. 7. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve client relations strategies.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or account management. 3. Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Driven and dedicated to achieving client satisfaction and retention goals. 7. Persuasion and adaptability skills are essential. 8. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
