Job Description:
Erie Insurance Group is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.
Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Address any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Provide personalized service to clients to meet their individual needs and expectations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Keep up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations - Develop and implement client retention strategies to minimize client turnover - Act as a liaison between clients and the company to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of any issues
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong dedication and work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and persuasion skills to effectively engage with clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
