Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

NGL Energy Partners is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual with at least 7 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be innovative, and able to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition - Create and deliver client presentations and reports - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
