Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

NextEra Energy is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for client success and growth - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on performance metrics - Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Stay current on industry trends and competition to provide insights and recommendations to clients - Create and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or account management - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Hardworking and reliable personality traits - Proficiency in project management and cooperation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluency in both English and French is preferred
