Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

CenterPoint Energy is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client relations and be at a mid-to-senior level in their career. As a Remote Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly - Analyze client data and provide insights to help improve the overall client experience - Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong persuasion skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
