Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Global Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and identify areas for improvement - Monitor client feedback and trends to continuously improve our offerings - Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to attract new clients - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and confident personality - Proficient in negotiation and teamwork - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Experience in the technology industry is a plus
