Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Illinois Tool Works (ITW) is seeking a passionate and confident Client Relations Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Analyze client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the client experience - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of projects and deliverables - Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any potential issues - Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and manage people effectively - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Bilingual in English and French is preferred
