Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Client Relations Manager to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time, work from home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to provide updates on their accounts and offer solutions to any problems they may encounter - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and facilitate seamless communication between clients and the company - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Develop strategies to retain existing clients and attract new clients to the company - Monitor client satisfaction and loyalty metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Prepare reports and presentations on client relations activities and outcomes for management review
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, marketing, communications) - Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach - Strong people management and critical thinking skills - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and resolving client issues - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus
