Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. This is a part-time position based in Montreal, Quebec, with the flexibility to work from home. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relations and exceed customer expectations - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their goals - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables - Analyze client data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Act as a liaison between clients and our company to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client relations strategies


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - At least 7 years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and innovate solutions for clients - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships - Hardworking and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs
