Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and independent Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This position is ideal for someone with at least 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field at the mid-to-senior level.
As a Client Relations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have, while also identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
In addition to managing client relationships, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base. This will involve conducting market research, analyzing client feedback, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively. Cooperation and teamwork are essential, as you will be working closely with various departments within the company to meet client needs and achieve business goals.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, with a track record of exceeding client expectations and driving customer satisfaction. You should also have a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
