Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job description:

Baxter International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time, work from home position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and meetings - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and to a high standard - Prepare and present regular reports on client activity and performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven track record of at least 8 years in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and organizational skills
