Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at United Continental Holdings in Montreal, Quebec. This position offers the flexibility of working from home on a part-time basis, while still maintaining a mid-to-senior level of seniority within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of services. 5. Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 6. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on client relations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resilient and driven personality traits. 4. Critical thinking and project management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Experience in client relations, account management, or sales.
