Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Genworth Financial is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a professional and courteous manner - Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote trust and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Monitor client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Prepare and deliver client reports and presentations as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent planning and decision-making skills - Reliable and able to work under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
