Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Kellogg is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations and a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding to ongoing support. 4. Track and analyze client feedback and use it to improve our offerings and customer service. 5. Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. 6. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. 7. Represent Kellogg at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
