Job Description:
Paccar is seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. This role is part-time with an Associate Level seniority and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations - Develop and implement client relationship strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and maintain client profiles and records in the company database - Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and meet revenue goals
Requirements: - Energetic and reliable with a passion for building strong client relationships - Strong leadership and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Experience in customer service or client relations roles - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
