Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

BDO Canada is seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong relationships with clients and possess the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to better understand client needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Utilize emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with clients and resolve conflicts - Provide guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their goals

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people - Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities - Excellent research skills and attention to detail - High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in remote communication tools and technology
