Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Xcel Energy is seeking a Client Relations Officer in our Toronto, Ontario office. As a part-time Associate Level employee, the Client Relations Officer will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of resilience and independence.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have - Negotiate and mediate between clients and the company to reach mutually beneficial agreements - Analyze client feedback and develop strategies to improve client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Prepare reports on client activity and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills - Resilient and able to work independently - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
