Client Relations Officer

Las Vegas Sands in Vancouver, BC is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

**Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience. - Provide product or service information to clients and assist with onboarding new clients. - Monitor client accounts and proactively reach out to clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - Track and report on client feedback and satisfaction levels to management.

**Requirements:** - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional client service. - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to various client personalities and situations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
