Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our team at Charles Schwab. This position is based in Montreal, Quebec, but offers the flexibility to work from home on a part-time basis. As an Associate level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships - Address client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by management

Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individual with excellent customer service skills - Strong time management and organizational abilities - Effective communication and cooperation skills to work with a diverse team - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
