Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

L Brands is currently seeking a Client Relations Officer to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for individuals who are confident, dedicated, and possess strong research and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address any inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with the client relations team to ensure timely and accurate responses to client requests - Maintain a database of client information and ensure it is up to date at all times - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis - Assist in developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Work closely with other departments to coordinate activities that impact client relations - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
