Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Cisco Systems is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Officer to work from home in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients - Understand client needs and recommend solutions to meet their requirements - Provide excellent customer service and address any client complaints or issues in a timely manner - Develop and deliver presentations to clients to showcase products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Track client feedback and report on client progress to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Fluency in English and French (both written and verbal) - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
