Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Relations Officer at Domtar. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Toronto, Ontario. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Act as the main point of contact for clients, answering any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Address any client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and hardworking attitude - Adaptability and critical thinking skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
