Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Carleton University in Montreal, Quebec is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Communicate effectively with clients through various mediums including phone, email, and in-person meetings - Assist in the development of client engagement strategies and provide input on marketing campaigns - Collaborate with other departments within the company to address client needs and resolve issues - Collect feedback from clients to continuously improve services and offerings - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and strategic planning abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of client relationship management software is a plus - Fluency in English and French is preferred
