Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

PBF Energy is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address any questions or concerns they may have. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Provide support and assistance to clients in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to develop creative solutions to client issues. 5. Assist with client onboarding and training as needed. 6. Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent presentation skills and a creative mindset. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
