Client Relations Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Client Relations Representative to join our team at Voya Financial in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Relations Representative will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Keep detailed records of client interactions and update client profiles as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the client experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confidence in working independently and as part of a team - Leadership qualities and the ability to innovate solutions to client problems - Adaptable to new situations and changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bilingual in English and French is preferred
