Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Windstream Holdings is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, energetic, and possess strong emotional intelligence and time management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and prompt resolution of any issues. 4. Provide product information, pricing, and support to clients as needed. 5. Meet and exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators. 6. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth and client acquisition. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, sales, or customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 7. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
