Job Description:
Discover Financial Services is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 3. Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to existing clients. 4. Input and update client information in the company database accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
Requirements: 1. Motivated and energetic with a positive attitude. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work cooperatively with team members. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
