Remote Client Relations Representative

As a Remote Client Relations Representative at Digital Extremes, located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients. This part-time associate level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferences to address inquiries and concerns - Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering solutions - Proactively reach out to clients to follow up on their experiences and gather feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively answer client questions and promote products - Contribute ideas for improving client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and leadership in problem-solving - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
