Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Regions Financial is seeking a reliable and adaptable Client Relations Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time entry-level position with 1 year of experience required. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and resolve issues - Educate clients on our products and services to help them make informed decisions - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and enhance the customer experience - Generate leads and promote our services to potential clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Strong ability to build and maintain relationships - Reliable and adaptable to changing priorities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bilingual in English and French is preferred
