Client Relations Representative

Job Description: Alliance Data Systems is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. In this part-time Associate Level role, the Client Relations Representative will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in the implementation of client strategies and initiatives - Provide support for client meetings and presentations as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Independent and confident personality traits - Attention to detail and adaptability as soft skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
