Client Relations Representative

As a Client Relations Representative at Becton Dickinson in Montreal, Quebec, CA, you will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats - Provide feedback to the management team on client satisfaction and market dynamics - Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continually improve client relations processes

Requirements: - Driven and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong cooperation and analysis skills to effectively communicate and understand client needs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients - Proven experience in client relations or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
