Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Alliance Data Systems is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Relations Representative to work from home in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. 4. Provide project management support for client initiatives and campaigns. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 6. Work independently and as part of a team to meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. 6. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. 7. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
