Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Representative at Suncor Energy, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role is crucial in representing the company and fostering continued business growth.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients based on their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions that meet their needs - Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to address any areas of improvement - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in client relations - Adhere to company policies and guidelines while representing Suncor Energy in a positive light - Contribute to the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives by participating in community service projects and events

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field - Independent and self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Excellent negotiation skills and ability to develop strategic plans to meet client needs - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work from home effectively with a high level of productivity - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or company events - Life insurance certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 3 months of employment
