Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Client Relations Representative to join our team at Cigna. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level representative, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service. 2. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 4. Provide support for client onboarding and enrollment processes. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. 6. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives. 7. Meet and exceed client satisfaction goals and KPIs. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client relations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Innovation and problem-solving skills. 8. Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service.
