Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Citizens Financial Group is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations and be driven and adaptable in their approach to work.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Utilize negotiation skills to address client concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions - Provide ongoing support to clients, including training on products and services - Assist with the development of marketing materials and campaigns targeted towards existing clients - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong negotiation and people management skills
