Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

United Continental Holdings, a leading airline company, is seeking a motivated and independent Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and drive business growth - Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - People management and strategic planning skills - Motivated and independent with a proactive attitude - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events
